1174.15 STREET ALIGNMENT.

Street alignment shall be arranged in a sound engineering manner, allowing for reasonable connection to existing streets and to provide proper traffic flow. The Planning Commission shall consider the advice and recommendations of the Engineer in approving street alignment.
