Minimum grades on any street shall be one-half of one percent at gutters for purposes of drainage and not more than six percent for arterial and collector streets nor more than ten percent for minor streets. Streets shorter than 600 feet shall be not more than a 12 percent grade. (Ord. 17-1994. Passed 6-6-94.)
