The Planning Commission will determine the required minimum dimensional standards of all rights of way, pavements, sidewalks and other public improvements but shall consider the advice and recommendations of the Engineer in doing so. Typical standards for a residential, single family development shall be sixty foot right of way, twenty-seven foot pavement, curbs and gutters, and four foot sidewalk. (Ord. 17-1994. Passed 6-6-94.)
