1173.07 ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.

The Engineer shall not approve a plat constituting an acceptance of improvements for public use by the Municipality as provided in Ohio R.C. 711.091 until such time as Council has enacted an ordinance accepting such improvements for public use by the Municipality.
