The final plat of the subdivision, when approved by the Planning Commission, shall have such approval endorsed thereon. In the case of a plat which dedicates lands and/or requires the construction of improvements, the final plat also shall be approved for record by Council, which approval shall be endorsed on the plat. The final plat (tracing) shall be retained by the Municipality until it is delivered to the County Recorder for record and until the subdivider has furnished one photolithoprint or other acceptable reproduction for the record file of the Engineer. Thereafter the final plat (tracing) shall be delivered to the County Recorder for record. All fees required in connection with the recording or reproduction of the plat shall be paid by the subdivider. (Ord. 17-1994. Passed 6-6-94.)
