After receiving notice from the Planning Commission that the preliminary plan has been approved by it and Council, the Subdivider may then prepare and file with the Engineer:
(a) Copies of the final plat of the subdivision as specified and required herein;
(b) Street cross-sections, profiles, storm water management, specifications, detailed cost estimates, and other construction drawings for the installation of the required improvements as deemed necessary on the preliminary plan approval;
(c) Inspections fees as hereinafter set forth;
(d) Title insurance, where applicable, in the approved amount set by the Solicitor, covering the lands to be dedicated showing good title to them in the name of the Municipality.
(e) Liability insurance as hereinafter set forth;
(f) The construction agreement, performance bond and maintenance bond as required and specified below:
(1) A construction agreement, performance bond, and maintenance bond acceptable to Council shall be given for the purpose of assuring the installation of such improvements deemed by the Commission and Council to be necessary as determined on preliminary plan approval. Such installation shall occur within two years from final plat approval, unless in the construction agreement, Council fixes a shorter time for good cause, or, at the subdivider's request, agrees to an extended period of installation.
