1172.09 TIME LIMIT.

Approval of the preliminary plan shall be effective for a maximum period of twelve months unless, upon application of the developer, the Planning Commission grants an extension. If the final plan has not been recorded within this time limit, the preliminary plan must again be submitted to the Commission for approval.
