1171.02 ENACTMENT.

These regulations shall become effective from and after the date of their approval and adoption by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council, and certification to the County Recorder. After the adoption hereof any other regulations previously adopted by Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be deemed to be repealed.
