   1167.07 PARKING; NOTIFICATION OF SALE TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   (a)   Prior to the sale, the Silver Lake Police Department shall be notified in accordance with Section 1155.09(b)(2).
 
   (b)   All parking of vehicles shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and ordinances. Further, the Police Department may enforce such temporary controls to alleviate any special hazards and/or congestion created by any garage sale.
