1167.05 DISPLAY OF SALE PROPERTY.

(a) Personal property offered for sale may be displayed within the residence, in a garage, carport, driveway and/or in the yard of the resident conducting the garage sale.

(b) No personal property offered for sale at a garage sale shall be displayed in the public right-of-way. A vehicle offered for sale may be displayed on a permanently constructed driveway within the front or side yard.
