Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) of each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or non-compliance occurs or continues. Notwithstanding the foregoing penalty provision, the Municipality shall have the authority to institute appropriate proceedings to prevent the continued violation of this chapter.
