In an Institutional District land and structures shall be developed and maintained in accordance with the following yard and buffer regulations. Landscape features, fences, walls and signs shall be permitted in required yard and buffer areas, provided that such uses conform to applicable regulations of this Zoning Code.
(a) Main Buildings. The minimum yard requirements from the lot line to a main building are:
(1) Front yard - 40 feet.
(2) Side yard - 30 feet.
(3) Rear yard - 30 feet.
(b) Accessory Buildings. The minimum buffer depth from a lot line to an accessory structure or use shall be:
(1) Buildings - 20 feet.
(2) Drives - 10 feet.
(3) Surface parking area - 15 feet.
(4) Lighting/flag poles - 30 feet.
(5) Walkways - 5 feet.
