(a) Main Uses. Churches, child care in a church as licensed by the State, a public neighborhood school operated by the Cuyahoga Falls Local School District, and governmental buildings and structures.
(b) Accessory Uses.
(1) Off-street parking, driveways, and walkways.
(2) Playgrounds, ball fields and associated green space.
(3) Landscape features, fences and walls.
(4) Utility service or facilities directly related to the maintenance of the building or buildings which constitute the main use, when wholly enclosed within the building or buildings which constitute the main use or when suitably and attractively screened from view.
(6) Public utility equipment and facilities, including telecommunications facilities as defined in Section 1137.08, only when in compliance with all applicable laws for such facilities.
