In a Park and Recreational District, land and structures shall be developed and maintained in accordance with the following area and height regulations.
(a) Lot Size and Width. As determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission utilizing the standards in Section 1133.06
for conditional uses, and sufficient in size and width to provide adequate areas for off-street parking, yards etc.
(b) Building Coverage. For all main and accessory buildings, the maximum coverage shall be no greater than the minimum necessary for the proposed use and as approved by the site plan review as below.
(c) Height. For main buildings three stories not to exceed forty feet, and for accessory buildings 15 feet. (Ord. 17-1994. Passed 6-6-94.)
