(a) Main Uses.
(1) Park. Public parks, playgrounds, ball fields, and other public athletic facilities, and nature reserves.
(2) Recreational. Private swimming lakes and pools, bath and boat houses and associated facilities; golf courses, club houses and associated facilities; and private parks, and playgrounds.
(b) Accessory Uses.
(1) Off-street parking and loading areas, driveways, and walkways.
(2) Landscape features, fences and walls.
(3) Utility, maintenance, sanitation and storage facilities wholly enclosed within the permitted main buildings or suitably and attractively screened from view.
(4) Signs as permitted under Chapter 1155, and lighting poles and structures.
(5) Dining areas, snack bars, pro shops, or other limited sales areas for the exclusive use and benefit of the users of a recreational facility.
(6) Public utility equipment and facilities, including telecommunications equipment and facilities (except wireless telecommunications facilities as defined in Section 1137.08), only when in compliance with all applicable laws for such facilities. (Ord. 24-2001. Passed 4-16-01.)
