(a) The Districts established in Section 1131.01 are designated by symbols and the locations and boundaries of such districts are established on the Map entitled "Zone Map of the Municipality of Silver Lake". The notations, schedules and other information shown thereon and all amendments thereto are hereby made a part of this Zoning Code. The Map shall indicate the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and adoption by Council. The Map, or a print thereof, shall be on file with the Clerk of Council and the Building Inspector, and shall be the final authority as to the status of current zoning map districts.
(b) The following rules shall be used to determine the precise location of any zoning district boundary:
(1) Where district boundaries are so indicated that they approximately follow the lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be said boundaries;
(2) Where district boundaries are so indicated that they are approximately parallel to a street or right-of-way line or lot lines of a right-of-way parcel or parcels, such district boundaries shall be automatically extended to the center of such street or right of way, or throughout the street or right of way if no other district adjoins, and all areas within the street or right of way shall be subject to all regulations appropriate to the respective extended district;
(3) All questions or disputes concerning the exact location of zoning district boundaries shall be resolved by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
