1111.02 INITIATION OF AMENDMENT.

A proposed amendment to the zoning text or Map may be initiated by a member of Council, the Mayor, Planning and Zoning Commission, or by petition filed by the owners of at least 50% of the land in an area. Any proposed amendment shall be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission before action is taken by Council. (Ord. 17-1994. Passed 6-6-94.)
