949.05 DEPOSIT OF GARBAGE OR RUBBISH IN RECEPTACLES ONLY.

No person shall deposit garbage or refuse material which may become offensive, noxious or dangerous to the public health in any other place than the receptacle or receptacles provided for in this chapter.
