941.03 DRILLING PERMIT.

All property owners desiring to drill a water well shall first obtain a permit from the Clerk, and pay a fee in the sum of $30.00. The well shall be inspected by the Service Director, or Health Inspector, and approved prior to occupancy of the residence.
