The Service Director or his designee, Health Inspector or his designee, shall have the right to inspect all water wells within the Village. Wells shall be inspected during normal business hours of the Village, and only upon at least one week notice to the property owners. If the inspector determines that a violation of Section 941.04 exists the owner shall have fourteen days to cure the violation.
