   933.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
 
   (b)   Whoever violates Sections 933.09 or 933.12 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and imprisoned not more than ninety days or both.
