(a) The Village hereby levies and assesses upon each lot, parcel of land, building or premises having any sewer connection with the sanitary sewerage system of the Village or otherwise discharging sewer, commercial or industrial waste, water, or other liquids, either directly or indirectly into the Village sanitary sewer system, a Sewer User Charge for the use of its system. Bills for sewer services will be prepared and submitted to all users on a monthly basis and will be based on the quantity of water used as the same is estimated or measured by the Director of Public Service, by meters then in use. Charges and monthly billing shall be as follows for utility bills rendered on or around October 1, 2023, and payable October 20, 2023.
