The Village may for good cause shown suspend the wastewater treatment service when it appears to the Village that an actual or threatened discharge present or threatens an imminent or substantial danger to the health and welfare of persons, substantial danger to the environment, interfere with the operation of the POTW, result in pass through of the POTW, violate any pretreatment limits imposed by this chapter. Any discharger notified of the suspension of the Village's wastewater treatment service shall within a reasonable period of time, as determined and ordered by the Village, cease all discharges.
