The Director of Public Service may limit connections into public sewers if sufficient capacity to handle and treat additional wastewater is unavailable in the system. Any person applying for a permit to connect to a public sewer shall provide, with the application for such private sewer lateral permit, sufficient data, as required by the Director of Public Service regarding the location and amount of flow and type of flow to be conveyed to the public sewer.
