924.10 VIOLATIONS.
   (a)   The Village shall deny or discontinue, after reasonable notice to the occupants thereof, the water service to any premises where any backflow prevention device required by this chapter is not installed, tested and maintained in an manner acceptable to the Water Utilities Superintendent/Service Director if it is found that the backflow prevention device has been removed or by-passed or if any unprotected cross-connection exists on the premises.
 
   (b)   The Village shall discontinue water service to any premises wherein the low pressure cut-off device or slow opening and closing valve is not installed, tested and maintained in a manner acceptable to the Water Utilities Superintendent/Service Director.
 
   (c)   Water services to such premises shall not be restored until the consumer has corrected or eliminated such conditions or defects in conformance with these regulations and to the satisfaction of the Water Utilities Superintendent/Service Director.
