909.02 IMPLEMENTATION OF SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION PLAN.

Upon completion and adoption of the sidewalk plan for thoroughfares, through streets and streets within the perimeter of Silver Lake School, Council shall consider a resolution of necessity and assessment ordinance for the portion of the plan to be adopted in each successive year.
