713.03 COMMERCIAL SOLICITING.

No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence for the purpose of commercial soliciting as defined in Section 713.01(a)(1), (2), (3) and (4) unless such person has registered his credentials with the Chief of Police as provided in Section 713.04.
