543.03 POSTING SIGNS ON TREES PROHIBITED.

No person shall attach to or in any manner fasten to any tree or branch thereof, in the public streets, highways or public places, any wire, rope, chain or cable; nor tack, nail or fasten any sign, card, board, poster or any other article to any tree, plant or shrub within the Village limits.
