(a) No person, firm or corporation shall use, employ or operate, or cause to be used, employed or operated prior to the hour of 9:00 a.m. on Sundays, any mowers, saws or tractors powered by combustion engines or electricity unless such equipment is operated within the confines of a building. (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
