§ 33.40 LOCAL GOVERNMENT PURCHASING REGULATIONS ADOPTED.
   The City Council no longer desires the city to operate under the Kentucky Model Procurement Code, but instead elects to follow the requirements of KRS 424.260 and other statutes applicable to local government purchasing.
