§ 153.01 DESIGNATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR.
   The city hereby appoints the Campbell County Floodplain Administrator to administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this subchapter by granting or denying development permits in the Special Flood Hazard Zones.
