The statement of goals, objectives, principles, and standards for the preparation and implementation of a comprehensive plan in accordance with KRS Chapter 100 adopted by the Campbell County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance 89-0101, as amended, and made a part of this code of ordinances by reference and the same shall apply and be controlling over all matters to which it relates within the corporation limits of this said city.
