(A) Not more than one dwelling shall be built on any lot which has a frontage of 50 feet or less on a publicly dedicated right-of-way and a depth of 150 feet or less, except corner lots which have frontage on two dedicated streets.
(B) No more than one dwelling shall be built on any lot as laid out and numbered by the Silver Grove Land and Building Company, as shown on plat dated July 12, 1912.
(C) Any unplatted lots within the city or any portion or combination of lots in the city must meet standards identified withing the most current zoning regulations.
