(A) All building and/or zoning permit fees and plan review fees, shall be paid to the Campbell County Fiscal Court Department of Planning and Zoning and Building Inspections.
(B) Before any work is performed for which a building permit is required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Campbell County Fiscal Court Department of Planning and Zoning and Building Inspections authorizing the work to be performed. The fee for the permit required in this division (B) or in any other regulations of the city, shall be paid at the time of filing an application for the permit/application.
