(A) If such application is approved by the County Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator, the City Clerk shall immediately issue a license to the applicant in the form approved by the State Control Board.
(B) In the granting of any license, all restrictions contained in the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (KRS Title 20) are imposed on such licensee and made part of this chapter by reference, as if fully set forth herein.
