§ 111.16 PERSONS TO WHOM LICENSES SHALL NOT BE ISSUED.
   The City Council reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any of the licenses hereafter specified; however, no person shall become a licensee under the terms of this chapter who:
   (A)   Has been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor directly or indirectly attributable to the use of alcoholic beverages, within two years preceding the application;
   (B)   Is under the age of 21 years;
   (C)   Is not a citizen of the United States and has not had an actual, bona fide residence in this state and county for at least one year next prior to the date of such application;
   (D)   Has had any license issued under this chapter or any other ordinance of this city relating to the regulation of the manufacture, sale, or transportation of alcoholic beverages revoked for any cause, or has been convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any other ordinance of this city until the expiration of two years from the date of such revocation or conviction; and/or
   (E)   Is a partnership or corporation, unless each member of such partnership, or each principal officer of such corporation, could have himself or herself obtained a license hereunder, individually.
