All provisions of the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (KRS Title 20), and all amendments thereto, relating to the manufacture, sale, transportation, possession, and the like of distilled spirits and wines are adopted as part of this chapter as they may apply or be pertinent to the government of a city of the fifth class of this state, and are made a part of this chapter by reference as if fully set forth herein.
