§ 110.41 RECORDS TO BE KEPT BY EMPLOYERS AND LICENSEES.
   Employers and others subject to the license fee under this subchapter are required to keep such records as will enable the filing of true and accurate returns. Such records are to be preserved for five years to enable the City Clerk or his or her agent or employee to verify the correctness of the return filed.
