§ 110.37 REVOCATION OF BUSINESS LICENSE.
   Any business license issued under this chapter may be revoked by the city if the person, his or her agents, servants, or employees, shall be convicted in any court of competent jurisdiction for violation of this chapter or of any ordinance or law concerning the business or premises licensed herein; provided, however, the city shall give notice in writing, sent by U.S. Mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the licensee at the address shown on the application and return, notifying the licensee of a public hearing to be held by the city no sooner than ten days after postmarked, and providing the public hearing is actually held, evidence transcribed thereon and the action and decision of the city reduced to writing and recorded in the city’s records.
