§ 110.36 LICENSE CERTIFICATE; TRANSFER.
   A license certificate shall be issued to each person paying the business license fee due under this chapter. The certificate shall show the fiscal year for which issued and the named place of business being licensed. A license may be transferred from one person to another if the actual kind of business is not materially changed, and may be transferred to cover another location if the person moves his or her place of business, upon payment of a transfer fee of $10. If a person has more than one place of business, a license certificate shall be issued for each place of business. Each person shall display such license certificate in a conspicuous place, available for public inspection, in each licensed place of business.
