§ 110.34 BUSINESS OUTSIDE CITY.
   The business license fee required hereunder shall be paid by any person residing outside the city or having a place of business outside the city if said person and/or his or her employees engaged in any form of business activity within the city or if said person actually solicits and accepts business by holding himself or herself out as engaged in such business, trade, occupation, vocation, calling, or activity the same as any person residing in the city, and engaged in a similar business, trade, occupation, vocation, calling, or activity.
