§ 97.01 UNIFORM RESIDENTIAL LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT.
   The Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, hereinafter referred to as “URLTA”, as codified in KRS 383.505 through 383.705, is hereby adopted and made applicable to all properties within the city.
