§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 12 months, or both.
   (B)   Violation of any of the provisions of § 91.44 shall be considered a violation under state law subject to a fine of up $250 for a first offense and shall be considered a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to 90 days in jail and up to a $250 fine for any subsequent offense.
