The owner of any animal which has been impounded under the provisions of this subchapter may redeem the animal upon the procurement of all vaccinations, compliance with all laws and regulations, and payment of all fines, licenses, and fees due under the terms of this subchapter, the regulations of the Campbell County Animal Shelter, or state and county law.
