§ 90.20 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CAT. Any member of the feline family.

   DOG. Any member of the canine family.

   OWNER. Any person having a right of property in a cat or dog and every person who keeps, harbors, or cares for a cat or dog.
