§ 72.16 PARKING OVERSIZED TRUCKS AND OTHER VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful, at any time, to park one ton capacity or more, trucks, commercial vehicles, or any other vehicles or dual rear wheel vehicles used on any public street or alley. This section will not apply if the vehicle is in the process of being loaded or unloaded.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful, at any time, for any person to park any vehicle, including trailers, upon any public street or alley if the vehicle exceeds the width of seven feet or the length of 26 feet. This section will not apply if the vehicle is in the process of being loaded or unloaded.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park in any improper manner which might endanger the lives of pedestrians or other vehicle riders, or which impedes the flow of traffic upon the roads or sidewalks.
   (D)   Any vehicle parked in violation of this section may be towed by the city at the expense of the owner and/or operator of that vehicle.
