§ 72.14 PARKING AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS.
   (A)   There shall be no parking of motor vehicles too near to intersections or other locations where parking is prohibited as noted by the curbs or other surfaces being painted yellow, or where prohibited by no parking signs. This shall include, but not be limited to, no parking within 20 feet of the corner of every intersection in the city in every direction, except for along Route 8 and Four Mile Road in the city.
   (B)   No vehicle shall be abandoned along any road within the city. Abandonment shall be presumed if the vehicle has been parked at one location in excess of 72 hours and there are other indications of abandonment such as the vehicle being inoperable.
   (C)   There shall be no parking of motor vehicles within any fire lanes or in a location too close to fireplugs as such locations are marked by the curbs or the surfaces being painted yellow.
   (D)   There shall be no parking of motor vehicles within any fire lanes or in a location too close to fireplugs as such locations are marked by the curbs or the surfaces being painted yellow.
   (E)   Any motor vehicle that shall be parked in violation of any of the above noted provisions shall be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner and/or operator of said motor vehicle, which expense shall include the towing charge plus storage fees.
