(A) No vehicle shall be operated at a speed in excess of 15 mph in and upon the streets of the city, except as may be more specifically indicated for those streets listed in Chapter 74, Schedule III.
(B) Whoever violates this section shall be subject to the fine schedule in KRS 189.394.
