For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
YARD WASTE. Leaves, grass clippings, vegetables, or other garden debris, shrubbery or brush, or tree clippings, or other similar materials which can be converted into compost humus.
