§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of the regulations contained in §§ 90.01 through 90.11 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 90 days or by fine of not more than $500, or both such imprisonment or fine, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
      (2)   In addition to, or in lieu of, seeking to enforce §§ 90.01 through 90.11 by proceeding under division (A)(1) above, the township may institute an appropriate action in a court of general jurisdiction seeking equitable relief.
   (B)   Violations of § 90.26 are a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $100, together with costs of prosecution, or imprisonment in the county jail or such other place of detention as the court may prescribe for a period not to exceed 90 days, or said fine, costs of prosecution, and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
